Vivo has officially confirmed the upcoming launch of the Vivo X300s, the latest “SuperMax” refresh in its flagship X-series. Scheduled for a late March 2026 debut in China—followed by a highly anticipated global rollout—the X300s isn’t just a minor iteration.
It is set to become the industry’s new battery king while bringing professional-grade 144Hz gaming to the premium camera segment.
Vivo has officially confirmed the X300s sports a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display using BOE Q10 Plus luminescent material. This marks a major upgrade as the first phone in the Vivo X series to hit a 144Hz refresh rate- compared to the 120Hz panels on the standard X300 and X300 Pro.
Vivo is also using Zeiss color tuning and Circular Polarization Light 2.0 for better eye comfort, so long gaming or binge sessions should feel easier on the eyes. The screen can even deliver native 144fps support in popular MOBA titles.

The headlining feature, confirmed by Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao on Weibo, Vivo X300s battery is the massive 7,100mAh Blue Ocean battery. Utilizing fourth-generation silicon-anode technology, Vivo has achieved a record-breaking capacity without making the phone bulky.
This represents a significant leap from the 6,200mAh found in last year’s X200s, targeting power users who demand multi-day endurance even under heavy 5G usage.
Vivo X300s confirmed to carry a 200MP Zeiss‑branded main rear camera in a new circular module. Leaks suggest this will be joined by a 50MP periscope telephoto and a 50MP ultra‑wide shooter, giving the phone a flexible triple‑camera setup for zoom and landscape shots.
The front camera is rumored at 50MP for sharp selfies. Zeiss tuning promises improved color accuracy, dynamic range, and low-light performance.
Under the hood, the X300s is tipped to run on MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9500 or Dimensity 9500+ chipset, built for high‑end performance and efficient power use. Paired with Vivo’s tuning and large battery, this should deliver strong gaming performance and smooth multitasking across heavy apps.
Vivo is also adding symmetric dual stereo speakers (1511 or similar “War Drum” system) and a large 4D vibration motor for richer audio and better haptic feedback in games.
