Nothing Headphone (a) Spotted Online: Design, ANC and Battery Details Surface

Nothing Headphone (a)

Nothing is set to shake up the budget headphone market tomorrow. The Nothing Headphone (a) officially launches on March 5, 2026, alongside the Phone (4a) series during the company’s “Built Different” event.

With its eye-catching yellow colorway and record-breaking battery claims, this affordable over-ear model is already generating massive buzz.

Nothing has officially confirmed the Nothing Headphone (a) will debut on March 5, 2026. The global event will stream live and also introduce the Nothing Phone (4a) and Phone (4a) Pro. Pre-orders are expected to open immediately after the reveal.

This marks Nothing’s second pair of over-ear headphones after the premium Headphone (1) launched in 2025.

A vibrant yellow colorway that Nothing has heavily teased on X and its website. Early images show the headphones in bright yellow with grey earcup accents, keeping the brand’s signature semi-transparent design language.

Other confirmed color options include classic black, pink, and white. The transparent elements on the earcups and headband will give the Nothing Headphone (a) that premium “see-through” look at half the price of flagship models.

Nothing has officially teased that the Headphone (a) will deliver “the longest battery life of any Nothing audio product to date.” That’s a big claim considering the Headphone (1) already offered up to 80 hours without ANC.

Leaks point to around 35 hours with ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) enabled — competitive for the price segment. Expect Bluetooth 5.3, dual-device pairing, and a custom 40mm dynamic driver for solid sound.

Nothing Headphone (a) Price

Pricing makes this one exciting. The Nothing Headphone (a) is expected to launch at €159 in Europe and £149 in the UK — roughly half the price of the original Headphone (1).

In India, early estimates put it around ₹13,999 to ₹15,999, making it a strong contender against Sony, JBL, and Boat in the mid-range segment. Global availability should roll out quickly after March 5, with India likely getting it via Flipkart and Nothing’s official channels within days.
